TEN REASONS TO ATTEND TOTAL VAUXHALL LIVE

We can hardly believe it,  but there’s only one day to go till Total Vauxhall Live, the second event in the Adrian Flux Auto Series. Castle Combe circuit in Wiltshire is bracing itself for an invasion of Vauxhall owners from across the country, all eager to see how this years show can top last year’s.

This year the show is sponsored by Vauxhall tuning gurus, Courtenay Sport. They’ll be on hand to offer expert advice on any tuning  issues you might have.

This afternoon we will be packing up vans, setting up our stand and preparing for the show tomorrow. For those that are still haven’t booked tickets, check out our top 10 reasons to attend!

1. Live action from the past & present stars of the BTCC
BTCC legend John Cleland stole the show at the first ever Total Vauxhall Live last year as he was re-united with his iconic Cavalier for on track demos. This year Cleland returns to Castle Combe joined by another Ex-BTCC star and former sparring partner Jeff Alam, as well as the current 888 Engineering drivers Tony Gilham and James Nash!

2. Public track time for just £25
Get involved in the action and put your own Vauxhall to the test around the famous Castle Combe Circuit, in front of thousands of spectators. Track time is available on the day for just £25 per session. (Just make sure you don’t come a cropper at Quarry corner!)

3. Club displays
Away from the action check out displays of some of the finest performance Vauxhalls in the country. Expect to see huge displays from the UK’s biggest Vauxhall clubs.

4. Huge retail village and exhibitor area
If you are looking for parts  to finish your current project, look no further than the trade stands. Total Vauxhall Live will be packed with exhibitor stands selling everything you need from tuning services to bellhousings.

5. Westfield drift rides
Westfield will be displaying some of their VXR powered models at Castle Combe as well as giving you the opportunity to experience a drift passenger ride for just £10

6. Power & Style Awards in association with Yokohama
A hand picked selection of the UK’s best Vauxhall’s make up the Power and Style display, all vying to win a set of Yokohama tyres worth £500!

7. Rare & Endangered Display
As many of the finest retro, classic and one off Vauxhalls that we could lay our hands on, displayed on one massive stand. Certainly not to be missed.

After a slightly damp PV Show it is good to see that the sun is set to shine tomorrow. And when then sun is out what better way to spend the day than heading to a race circuit for a day of high-octane Vauxhall action! Entry is just £18 on the gate with under 14’s going free with a paying adult, making it a great family day out. Plus you get the chance to meet the Total Vauxhall team, we will all be there on hand to have a chat and answer any questions that you have about the mag, our cars, your cars or any general Vauxhall related queries!
